Julie Boster, LMSW, CAADC is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. A graduate of both The Ohio State University and The University of Michigan, Julie has worked with numerous populations including children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. She has been working in the field of addiction treatment for over 13 years with other specialties including GLBTQI issues, women’s issues and family dynamics.  Julie empowers her clients to find their inner strength and voice through compassionate listening and empathy. She is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor certified by the Michigan Certification Board of Addiction Professionals. Julie’s personal interests include spending time with her spouse and children, caring for her dogs, traveling and enjoying nature. Kara Bunton, LMSW, CAADC is a clinical social worker, fully licensed in the State of Michigan with over 15 years of clinical experience. Her areas of specialty practice include managing emotional, interpersonal and professional stress, building self-esteem and overcoming the effects of trauma. Kara’s warm and caring nature helps her clients to feel supported and understood when working with her. She strives to enhance the lives of her clients through helping them develop skills for managing emotional pain and improving their relationships. Kara is also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor certified by the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals as well as a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Bill Nurmi

Bill Nurmi, LMSW, CAADC is a Michigan native who has lived in many areas of the state. He is a licensed clinical social worker who is also certified by the Michigan Certification Board of Addiction Professionals as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Bill’s clinical experience has included working with families, developmental disabilities, mental illness, crisis intervention and addiction treatment. He holds Master’s Degrees in both social work and business and spent many years working in corporate America prior to transitioning into the field of social work. Bill utilizes his educational background to support clients in developing a new perspective in order to effectively manage their current stressors and to meet their personal goals. Cassandra James, LPC, CAADC, CCS-M is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Michigan with over 19 years of experience in the mental health field.  She has worked in the field of addiction treatment for over 18 years. Her other areas of specialty include parenting issues, conflict resolution and low self-esteem as well as addressing communication and behavioral issues that affect the lives of children, families, adults and couples. Cassandra aims to help her clients become a better version of themselves by utilizing their personal strengths to address their inner struggles.  She is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Clinical Supervisor certified by the Michigan Certification Board of Addiction Professionals. She is additionally a member of the Michigan Mental Health Counselors Association. Cassandra’s warm and enthusiastic personality inspires her clients to “Go Be Great” in all that they do.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and being an active participant in her sorority and church. Rachel Tuttle, LMSW is a fully licensed clinical social worker in the State of Michigan. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with her BSW and Wayne State University with her MSW. Rachel has worked with numerous populations including adolescents, adults and families. She has been working in the field of addiction treatment for seven years with other specialties including domestic violence, trauma, women’s issues, anxiety and depression. She is an EMDR therapist, trained through the EMDR Institute. Rachel takes an individual approach to psychotherapy, and works to create a space for clients to be genuine and transparent, working together to address their needs. Esther Someah-Kwaw, LMSW is a clinical social worker, fully licensed in the State of Michigan. She received a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Esther has experience working with a variety of client populations including adolescents, adults and seniors to address homelessness, refugee resettlement, severe mental illness, crisis intervention and substance misuse among youth. Esther creates a safe environment for her clients by providing a non-judgemental space where everyone is welcome and services are tailored to each individual. She practices intention, compassion and empathy while supporting her clients to take the lead in their therapy journey. Esther is a born advocate and passionate about empowering her clients so that they may strengthen their self-confidence and face any obstacles that come their way. Tyler Sly, LMSW is a Master’s level clinical social worker with over 5 years of experience working with diverse populations across the age spectrum in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. A graduate of the University of Michigan School of Social Work, Tyler’s clinical experience includes working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their children, individuals who have perpetrated intimate partner violence, folks with substance use disorder or behavioral addictions, and individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Other areas of specialty include anxiety and depression management, trauma and grief processing, healthy relationship building, and crisis intervention. Tyler is currently a board member for the Battering Intervention Services Coalition of Michigan (BISC-MI) and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. With a fundamental belief in the dignity, worth, and capacity for change inherent to every person, Tyler takes pride in building authentic connection with individuals during their journey toward becoming their best self in whichever way they define it. He uses an intersectional, person-centered, systems-informed approach to therapy that provides an individualized experience in a safe, respectful, and considerate environment. Anna Wegela, LLMSW is a Master’s level Social Worker. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. Anna has experience working with teenagers and young adults during transitional periods in their lives. This includes young people facing homelessness, aging out of foster care, and navigating disability/mental health concerns. She also has experience working with survivors of sex trafficking and students in need of individualized behavioral health services. Anna enjoys working with clients collaboratively to create and achieve their goals. She provides a non-judgmental and empathetic space where clients can be their genuine selves. Holly Molascon, LMSW graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a master’s degree in Social Work. She is a fully licensed clinician in the State of Michigan. Holly has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient, residential and inpatient treatment facilities. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with adults, adolescents and children addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, crisis intervention, domestic violence and severe mental illness. Holly creates a warm, supportive and compassionate environment and believes that her clients are the experts in their lives with valuable insight into their own experiences. She views therapy as a joint venture where knowledge and skills are combined to help identify and create solutions. Jeannette German, LLMSW is a Master’s level Social Worker. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wayne State University before moving on to obtain a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Jeannette’s master’s degree focused on Interpersonal Practice and Substance Abuse Treatment. She has direct experience working with a variety of populations including children, young and older adults, women and individuals with severe mental illness. Although she enjoys working with a wide array of client populations, Jeannette’s primary focus is on women’s issues and family systems. Before joining a private practice, she worked for Community Mental Health. Jeannette’s goal is to empower her clients and support them in their journey to self-compassion, self-advocacy, and recovery. Ultimately, Jeannette believes in creating a safe and welcoming environment in which to meet her client’s where they are at in their lives, and to work with them as a team to foster growth and peace. In her free time, Jeannette enjoys spending time riding her horse and walking her dog, playing banjo, cooking for her family and creating art.
